Is this full-time?

Not unless you want it to be. Most people start this alongside uni, work or other commitments and it’s designed to flex around your lifestyle. Whether that’s an hour before lectures, on your commute, or during a coffee break, it can all be run from your phone and is fully remote.

There are no set hours, no check-ins, and no pressure. Some keep things super part-time, others find a steady rhythm that helps them really build momentum.

The more time and consistency you bring, the more you’ll get out of it. We’ll coach, support and guide you but this is something you’re building for yourself.

How much can I earn?

There’s no fixed salary because this is a commission-based business, and what you earn depends on the effort you put in.

You’ll earn in two ways:

• Travel income - every time someone books travel through your platform (including your own), you earn commission.

• Residual income - as your business grows and you help others get started, you’ll unlock ongoing income that builds over time.

This isn’t a get-rich-quick scheme, it’s a real business with long-term earning potential. Stay consistent, stay driven, and it can take you further than any grad job ever could. There’s no cap here. No glass ceiling. Just a proven blueprint and how far you take it is up to you.

Do I need experience?

Not at all. Whether you’ve studied marketing or never touched LinkedIn, we’ll teach you everything you need. With Limitless Unlocked, our 8-week academy, you'll build your skills and confidence from Day 1. Follow the blueprint developed by some of the top leaders in the space and you’ll be set up to succeed.

Do I need a degree?

Nope. Some of our most successful people never went to uni. We care about your mindset, not your qualifications. Whether you’ve finished your degree, dropped out, or changed your plans, this is about where you’re going, not where you’ve been. If you’re driven, curious and open to learning, you’ll do well here.

Why do I have to apply?

Because this isn’t for everyone, and that’s the point.

We work with a small number of ambitious, values-led early professionals who are ready to take action. Our time, coaching and community are valuable, so we keep our intakes intentionally small to give each person the support they deserve.

Is there a cost to join?

Yes, like any business, there’s a small setup cost. It’s a one-off £156 to get your travel credentials, complete compliance training, and unlock the platform. After that, it’s £46/month to keep your licence active and run your business. There are no contracts and no long-term commitment, you can stay active for as long as it works for you.

Are there any hidden costs?

None. Everyone pays the same monthly fee, no matter how much they earn. 

All expert training, business resources, and leadership coaching are included. No upsells. No pressure. No surprises. In fact, the training we have access to, from industry leaders, top earners, and global experts, would cost thousands if you tried to source it elsewhere. But here, it’s included. You’ll learn things most people pay serious money for. Occasionally, we run optional events and trips you can choose to pay for but nothing’s ever required.

Will I have to sell to friends and family?

Nope. No cold messaging. No targets. No pressure.

That said… you’ll probably want to tell them. Why? Because who wouldn’t want to book their next trip through someone they love, especially when it earns you commission and supports your new business?

This isn’t about weird sales tactics, it’s about showing up with confidence, offering value, and letting people decide.
