With over 35 years of combined corporate experience, we’ve recruited nearly 2,000 graduates, personally coached more than 150 early professionals into leadership roles and award wins, and led a thriving community of over 300 graduates across the UK. We were also instrumental in building one of the country’s most successful graduate programmes, named Target Jobs Graduate Employer of the Year six years running.

Founding From Lost to Limitless is not just professional. It is deeply personal. I know what it feels like to pour everything into your degree, only to find the job market is not what you were promised. I have seen too many brilliant graduates burn out, give up, or settle. Not because they weren't good enough, but because the system was never built for them to thrive. I'm extremely proud of my corporate career, but I am no longer defined by it. I am a single mum raising two boys, navigating a long-distance relationship with my partner in the mountains of Canada, and doing my best to drink my coffee while it is still hot.
